For fans of big, American-style breakfast with a cajun flair, this is this place for you. Specializing in a variety scrambles, beignets and bloody mary’s, a morning here is a guaranteed good time. Even with four locations throughout Santa Barbara, this place gets busy on the weekends, so come expecting to wait. But once inside order a cup of local Castle coffee and get ready to leave full.

Tupelo Junction, located on upper State Street, is home to some of the best breakfast dishes in town.
