While traveling with the whole family can be a little stressful, there’s no reason to skip delicious meals on your next vacation with our list of Santa Barbara’s most family-friendly restaurants. We’ve considered both the menu and atmosphere of each spot, and here’s our top five:

Shoreline Beach Cafe

Shoreline Beach Cafe, just between Downtown and the Mesa and located right on Leadbetter Beach, is not only one of Santa Barbara’s only beachside restaurants, it’s the ultimate spot for a family meal. Grab a table in the sand so the kids can run around and explore while waiting for food to arrive. The bonus: food here ranges from kid-friendly nachos and burgers to elevated seafood and fantastic cocktails.

If you’re looking for a low-key night or to indulge in some great pizza, look no further.
