Love Your Body Workout

At Hotel Milo – we are all about being healthy and happy. Join us on February 7, 2015 at Hotel Milo for a great workout and the chance to wine great prizes. The “Love Your Body” workout event will start our Valentine’s Day week off with the intention of loving your body.

The workout will feature a Triple A Program Workout (Arms, Abs, and other Assets) hosted by Beth Alexander Fitness. This 20-30 minutes workout will include dynamic stretching, core and Foundation Training followed by a 20-30 minutes of Interval Training/Circuit-Style total body exercises.

Following the workout, our wonderful sponsors will be on site to give away samples and goodies including Lolë Table, Kevita kombucha Table, Mattole Valley Naturals as well as Sugar Cat Studio!
