Is there an airport nearby?
Hotel Milo is just a 15-minute drive from the Santa Barbara Airport. For guests flying internationally or from out of state, LAX is two hours away. See more on our directions to Hotel Milo here.
Does the hotel provide shuttles to the airport?
No, Hotel Milo does not offer shuttle service. Cabs and car-hailing services are readily available, however.
Is there valet parking? How does it work?
Valet parking is available for $30 per day. For guests that prefer not to have an attendant park their car, we’re offering self-park assist.
What’s the best way to get around the city?
Is there housekeeping service?
We offer housekeeping for stays of five (5) nights or more to reduce possible exposure to both guests and staff. Please contact the lobby for additional amenities, minibar-on-demand, linens, towels, or trash pick-up.
What type of in-room technology can I expect?
Each guest room at Hotel Milo features premium Wi-Fi access for all devices, an LCD TV and iPod docking station.
What are the normal check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4 pm, and guests must check out by 11 am.

Can I store my luggage before or after I check out?
How do I schedule a wake-up call?

If I am traveling on business, what types of services can you support me with?
Guests have access to our business center and concierge services, as well as Wi-Fi in all guestrooms and on hotel grounds.
What types of additional services does the hotel provide?
Stylish Dutch-inspired Hotel Milo bikes are available for guests to use on their Santa Barbara explorations. Guests are also invited to swim in our two heated outdoor pools with reservations. Please visit our amenities page to learn more of our offerings.
Do you have a gym? If so, what type of equipment can I expect?
Hotel Milo’s 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center features Technogym equipment, including cardio equipment, free weights, benches and machines.
Where can I securely store my valuables?
Guests can store valuables in personal safes found in every room, or in a safe deposit box behind the front desk.
Can I send a package to the hotel?
Are there smoking rooms? And can I smoke in public spaces?
Santa Barbara is a smoke-free city as is our property. Smoking in our guest rooms may be subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Can I leave my car in the lot garage after checking out? Will there be an additional charge?
Please check with valet regarding availability as we prepare for arriving guests.
Can a third party pay for my reservation?
Yes, with proper credit card authorization based on federal PCI guidelines.
Will my credit card be charged when I make my reservation?
Credit card charges will vary depending on rate. Please check the Terms & Conditions of the offer you are booking. Some reservations require a deposit and will be charged at the time or reservation, while others will store credit card information until check-in.
Do all of your rooms have private baths?

Yes. An ID or passport and credit card are required at check-in.

Hotel Milo is located at 202 W. Cabrillo Boulevard Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
Does your hotel offer currency exchange?
No, it does not. There are currency exchange offices and banks in Santa Barbara that can, though. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Are there minibars in the rooms?
Each room features a beverage cooler that can be used for keeping your drinks cool but it's not recommended for food to avoid spoilage. You can find a complete list of Hotel Milo room amenities here.
Are extra beds or rollaway beds available?
Hotel Milo does not provide extra beds.
Is there a limit to how long I can stay?
No, guests are permitted to reserve for extended-stays of any length.
